Fueling The Movement

And leading the way with tomorrow's fuels today.

A long history of innovation.

Iogen has been a leader in low-carbon fuels for more than 35 years. We were the first to use enzymatic hydrolysis technology to produce cellulosic ethanol on a commercial scale. In collaboration with Brazil's Raízen Energia, we built the world's largest and most successful cellulosic ethanol production facilities. And we were the first company to use RNG as a feedstock to make renewable hydrogen used to make fuels in refineries.

We've invested more than $500 million to develop and deploy our proprietary technology platform, and we've been awarded more than 300 patents along the way.

Today, iogen is one of the top five U.S.-registered producers of cellulosic biofuels and feedstocks—both of which are critical to the energy systems that will power our Net Zero world.

Iogen Icons Tech Validation

Commited to carbon-negative renewables.

Iogen is focused on the science and technology that produces abundant, affordable RNG-based fuels while removing carbon from the atmosphere.

We are developing new ways to turn biomass into transportation fuels and using existing refinery infrastructure to do it.

It's all on our roadmap to Net Zero. Along with our partners and customers across industries and around the world, iogen is proving that eliminating carbon-intense fossil fuels can be accomplished one economically sound, low-risk step at a time.

Our partners, customers and suppliers include
